Loud Shirt Day 2024

Yesterday we held a very special sausage sizzle at the new Hearing House preschool playground that was funded by The Warehouse region 8 stores. The staff from the region 8 stores were able to see the playground and where all of their hard work through their Add $1 fundraising campaign had gone, and experience some of The Hearing House clients and preschoolers playing on it. The Hearing House CEO Scott spoke at the BBQ and thanked The Warehouse staff for their dedication to The Hearing House and emphasized how we valued their support. Norman Woods from the Warehouse (Regional Manager – Region 8) then spoke about how community is a big part of The Warehouse’s staff values and that they too valued the relationship with The Hearing House.

We are lucky enough to be having another Add $1 campaign from 1st – 23rd of December, so be sure to add a donation to your Christmas shopping at the checkout of any region 8 store! (Region 8 stores are: Sylvia Park, Botany Downs, Pakuranga, Manukau, St Lukes, Newmarket, Downtown, Milford, Glenfield and Birkenhead).
